Introduction
Multi-layer lamination and embossing are where a printed decorative film becomes a finished flooring or panel surface. A PVC flooring film, SPC/LVT decorative film or decor paper overlay is bonded and embossed — often without glue — to build the wear layer, the design layer and the backing into one stable construction that must survive years of foot traffic, moisture and temperature change. The laminating machine is the line stage where print quality is locked into the final product, which is why flooring producers evaluate lamination machines as carefully as they evaluate the gravure press itself.
A PVC multi-layer laminating machine is a glueless composite and embossing line: unwinding and embossing sections with hoisting support for material rolls and embossing rollers, large-cylinder hot-roller composite lamination, synchronous collection, release, cutting and material replacement without stopping the machine, and multi-layer glueless composite embossing with cooling, edge cutting and one-time collection. Zhejiang Meige's FH series is engineered specifically for engineered wood decorative paper and PVC flooring film production.
Zhejiang Meige's FH series laminating machines combine fully variable-frequency synchronous drive with a black-red industrial design, 3 or 2 lamination layers, 1,580 mm maximum material width, 60 m/min mechanical speed and a thermal-oil high-temperature heat source. The result is a dependable finishing stage that turns printed film into a saleable multi-layer product in a single pass.
