Machine Overview
The FH series PVC multilayer laminating machine is built for continuous lamination of PVC decorative film used in flooring, furniture wrapping, cabinet and wall panel production. It combines unwinding, gluing/coating, laminating and rewinding in one controlled line, giving decorative material plants a compact and repeatable process for multilayer film structures.
Key Process Features
Base film range: PVC film 0.08-0.20 mm, covering the common thickness range for flooring and furniture decorative film.
Temperature & drying control: heating zones are closely managed to protect the film surface and avoid plasticizer migration during lamination.
Tension control: stable web tension from unwinding to rewinding prevents stretching, wrinkles and edge curl on thin PVC film.
Laminating accuracy: consistent roller pressure and alignment keep the laminated layers flat and uniform across the full web width.

Line Integration
The laminator can be combined with our gravure printing line to form a complete printing-and-laminating production line for artificial board factories. Customized width, roller configuration and line layout are available on request - please share your substrate specification and output target so we can propose a suitable configuration.
