Two functional modes of digital camera |
| The
dual-mode digital camera has two functional modes: PC Camera mode and
digital camera mode. |
| PC
Camera mode: The camera can be used as PC Camera when connected to the USB
interface of a |

computer. Under this mode, you can
carry through photographing ,video recording,and browsing.Refer to |
| the
operation instructions of the application software. |

Digital Camera mode: The rest of this manual describes this mode in detail. |

2. Powering ON/OFF |

Two work states have been designed in this camera: |

Working State: When you turn on the power by pressing the ON/OFF button, the
camera enters the |

working state.This is the state allowing photographing. To conserve battery
power, after 30 seconds or |

no action, the camera will prompt you to turn off the camera by three
short,continuous ticking sounds |

Power-down state: The camera enters into power-down state after pressed the
ON/OFF button. The |

stored will be maintained in the memory. |

Seven functional modes and three photo qualities |
| Press
the Functional Mode Botton and Photo Quality Botton beside the LCD; you can
set different functions |

including the following seven functional modes and three photo qualities(as
shown in the abve diagram): |

Press the Functional Mode
Button,you can choose the desired function and if press it continuously, |

different icons identifying different functions will show circularly and the
selected functional icon will flash |

LCD. |

After selecting one function,press
the Shutter Button to confirm within 5 seconds.The icon will stop |
|
flashing to show that this function has been confirmed. |

Photo quality setting |

-->Continuously press the photo quality button
until the corresponding icon flashes and then release the |
| button
on select the desired quality,The three qualities are as follows: |
| 1)
HQ+30:640*480 high quality.In this quality,typically about 75 photos can be
stored |
| 2)
LQ+30:640*480 middle quality,In this quality,typically about 75 photos can
be stored |

3)LQ+10:320*240 low quality.In this quality,typically about 220 photos can
be stored. |

photo quality according to the desired photo size and numbers before taking
